WHAT EQUIPMENT IS NEEDED FOR THEBODYSHAPR PROGRAMS?

If you have access to basic gym equipment like a power rack, dumbbells, and benches, you're all set. Optional equipment like super bands and mini bands can enhance your experience, but the program offers alternatives to ensure everyone can participate without limitations.

HOW LONG DOES THE COACHING PROGRAM LAST?

The duration of the programs are 3 months. If you are doing 1 to 1 coaching then this can vary depending on your goals and preferences. Some clients may opt for short-term coaching to address specific goals (min 3 months), while others may choose long-term support for ongoing progress and accountability

WHO IS THE 1 TO 1 COACHING PROGRAM SUITABLE FOR?

Our 1 to 1 coaching program is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels who desire personalized guidance and support to achieve their specific fitness goals.

HOW OFTEN WILL I HAVE CONTACT WITH MY COACH?

The frequency of contact with your coach will depend on your needs and preferences. Typically, you can expect regular communication through messaging, and scheduled check-ins.

WHAT IF I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS OR PREFERENCES?

Your coach will work closely with you to develop a nutrition plan that aligns with your dietary restrictions, preferences, and fitness goals. They will provide guidance and support to help you make sustainable and healthy choices.

 

CAN I CONTINUE MY OWN WEIGHT TRAINING REGIMEN?

While on TheBodyShapr programs, it's recommended to focus on upper-body and core work. We provide guidance on incorporating upper body training within the program.

 

I HAVE AN INJURY AND NEED TO PAUSE/CANCEL MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION!

Unfortunately, pausing payments isn't possible. You can email contact@thebodyshapr.com to request access to previously purchased months if you re-join within 3 months of cancellation.

 

IF I CANCEL MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION, WILL I STILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM?

Cancelling your subscription means losing access.

 

I HAVE A CURRENT INJURY/LIMITATION, CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE?

Consult with your physician or physical therapist before starting any program. Ensure you're cleared for high-intensity training.

 

HOW CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR MY PURCHASE?

Refunds aren't available for subscriptions or single-sell programs as per our Terms and Conditions.
